What this website does
homeon.cloud introduces a service for presenting properties offered through private negotiations. Property presentations and their documents are accessible through a password-protected area.
Operator and contact

No usage analytics or profiling
The application does not collect browsing statistics, build visitor profiles or send browsing events to third parties. It includes no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, embedded external media, registration forms or forms that send contact details to the server.
The viewing-request form in the property presentation prepares a text file on the visitor’s device. The entered name, contact details and message are not submitted to the server.
This does not mean that no technical processing takes place. The server receives an IP address and the requested URL to deliver a page. The supplied Nginx configuration disables access logs for this website. Any additional hosting or proxy logs must also be checked by the operator before publication; this application cannot control them.
Private access and security
The password is checked against a cryptographic hash and is not stored in plain text by the application. A technical session records only the information needed to authorize access, session expiry and form security. It is not used to analyse the visitor’s behaviour.
To limit failed login attempts, the server temporarily stores an attempt counter keyed by a cryptographic representation of the connection address. The original IP address is not stored in this counter. The counting window is 15 minutes; expired counters are removed on the next request to the private area or by the system’s temporary-file cleanup. Session validity is limited to 8 hours and 30 minutes of inactivity; logout invalidates it immediately.
These technical operations support secure delivery of the service. They do not create accounts or mailing lists. The operator’s legitimate interest in keeping the service functional and secure is the basis for this limited processing.
Cookies and browser storage
There are no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. Opening the public homepage does not create a session cookie. The informational banner does not request consent to tracking because no tracking is activated.

You can remove these items through your browser settings. Blocking the technical session cookie prevents private access. The banner can be reopened from the footer.
Recipients, documents and external links
The application does not transmit visitor data to advertising or analytics services. Technical data is handled on the server selected by the operator. Property documents may contain information supplied by the owner; they are kept in the reserved area. Authorized visitors can download them and are expected to use them in connection with the property enquiry.
Links to external websites, if followed, are subject to those websites’ own privacy practices. If you voluntarily email the operator, your message and contact details are used to respond to that enquiry; this website does not send the email for you.
Your rights
If personal data relating to you is processed, you can ask the operator for access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
